Have rebooted the device.

Started working again after leaving it off for 2 hours or so.

That shouldn't be happening. I assume you've followed the usual steps of rebooting your device, etc.

Can you drop me a PM so I can help?
 
"Connection failed. The profile is invalid. Please contact your SP" On mifi this morning, APN is set to Afrihost as usual
 
Just had the same problem now Connection failed.

Had a chat with a guy on their livechat, he said he sent a "sim reset" to my simcard, but how does he know what my simcard nr is? And eventually he left the chat.. sigh.
 
This connection failed happens so often that I've decided to cancel this month. Can't rely on this connection for time-sensitive tasks
 
Phoned the help desk. They don't know how to resolve it. Plenty of uhming and aahing on their side though.

I got the same when I had a chat with one of them.. offline for a few hours now. And yet still they have not realized the issue is not only a small number of people

When I phoned they weren't even aware others were experiencing this. It came as a complete surprise to them when I informed them. If I wasn't convinced before I am now - definitely canceling as this is not the first time. I once had the connection failed message for two days straight without anyone in support being able to help me. Seems the only thing the helpdesk can do is instruct you on how to do a hard reset on the modem and recreate your Afrihost APN.
 
Seems they're finally aware of the problem…
