I'm getting this capped page as well. It's really bloody annoying. Luckily my alternate SIM works okay.
 
Just signed my aunt up, she is a game fanatic and it uses lot of data a month.

We are expecting to bring her account down from R3500p/m to ~R850 (contract + AH data) :)

That's really cool, talk about a massive saving :)
Just be sure to checkout signal coverage, latency can be quite hard to guarantee. So keeping fingers crossed she's in nothing short of a well covered LTE spot!

I didnt activate LTE on that SIM, all she needs is 3G.
 
"Capped" page again this morning. This just won't go away easily, will it?

If you are still receiving the Capped Screen error, can you please send me a PM with your Mobile Data account, I should be able to reset it and get it working for you.
 
Problem still the same between 7 and 10 at night

Just to clarify, the issue is occurring only during these hours? Does the signal level drop at all during this time?
Yea during the day its 100%. Signal is also 100% the same. I know its every night. I am dota 2 gamer and I can feel it so after the game I do the test. MAX I ever get is 50KB/s. during the day its back up to 800. Reported this to mtn 6 months ago. I did not get a ref number from mtn/afrihost

The fact that you experience those issues during a specific time of day, and consistently at those times over an extended period probably means there is a network issue, or possibly even a network error.

Have you tried restarting your device during those hours and starting a brand new session?

Yea I have, also sus has mtn sim card and it does the same at the same time
