That is actually 3G. Not sure why I get such a low ping but I can see the tower from my window. I forced my Huawei wifi device to 3G for that last test. The one before is LTE.
Either it is shaped to hell or these towers are congested.
Anyway there's not much that can be done I suppose

I'm considering neobroadand wireless LTE instead as that seems to be getting more favorable/stable results with other forumites. It is pretty much the only option left to me as Lonehill complexes hardly have any other infrastructure in Fourways. Not even copper.
Aparrantly we share grid with a fire station so loadshedding is minimal in the area. Happens but seldom.
