Free trial of Afrihost+ not so free?

Hi there AfriGuy,

I have a query regarding billing on my Afrihost Mobile account. I am subscribed to the 5gb per month package, and I activated Afrihost+, which advertised itself as having a 30-day free trial. When I check my invoices however, there is somewhat of a discrepancy which I am confused about.

The invoice (screengrab attached) clearly shows that Afrihost+ Trial was assed, running from 2016/01/26 to 2016/02/25, but then two lines down Afrihost's Feb subs are added, at R99 for the month, and the dates covered indicate it runs from 2016/02/01 to 2016/02/29. How is this possible, considering that the free trial covers the large part of Feb? (25 days in fact)

Please could you explain this to me, as I am sure you can see this makes absolutely no sense whatsoever!

I don't know if the guy who Rica'd the sim did something but I just popped it in to the phone and Lte worked (that is if my phone showing 4G when 4G is in range is in fact Lte as I assume)

I got LTE after I left home, apparently I don't have it despite what the coverage map says. On WIFI so isn't an issue.

Sorry about this, I think our billing got a bit confused here. Our billing runs normally kick off on the 25th of each month, so it may have seen this activation a day later, and assumed the trial period had lapsed.

Obviously from your activation date until now isn't 30 days :) Drop me a PM with your account info and I'll get this fixed up for you.

Any ideas when new airtime gets loaded? We're almost 2% into February already :P

Can the default sort in the call history (in the ClientZone) PLEASE be reverse by date? Or at least, have the option to have newest calls at the top?

We have seen some delays to airtime allocation :( Our team are running through this, I believe it has something to do with Credit Card payments.

The Voice section of ClientZone is still relatively new, I'm sure we can look at adding a sort feature, if it isn't in the works already :)
 
I converted to prepaid and now can't buy airtime via the Webzone?
 
I signed up for the L package. Turns out I still have a month to month mtn contract. Applied to have it converted to prepaid which takes 30 days.

Now I payed for the package. But it is on hold or something.

When mtn is done will I still get my 10 gigs etc
