Afrihost Mobile Feedback

Data not working with afrihost set as APN on my cellular data. If changed to myMTN data then works.

Is there somewhere I can ask questions about the different smart devices, or is that place here?

Are any of the smart devices active dual SIM (ie both SIMs work at the same time and you don't have to choose which one is for voice and which is for data)?

All of the Xiaomi devices on our site are Dual Sim devices. :)

You will need to choose which sim card will the active data sim, both sim's voice components can be active.

You will be able to switch between the data connections at any time.

That is good news.

So to be clear, I can have SIM 1 make and receive voice calls and SMSs and SIM 2 make and receive voice calls and SMS and data, all at the same time?

Anyone else getting random moments of no activity?

The past two weeks it will just randomly become extremely slow / seem to have no connection for a few minutes then come back online again. Router shows it has a connection but nothing happens.

We're not seeing any intermittent issues on our network at the moment. Please PM me reminding me of your account info and I'll take a look.

Just tried on another AH sim and I'm getting the same problem.
