Hello.
They will not be able to; our AIrmobile Sim swap needs to be logged with support using a picture of yourself with your ID and a piece of paper with the date of the request. The submitted photo will only be valid for 7 days .

MTN has found the issue between Tygerberg-EPG1 and Tygerberg-MSE-4. MTN packet core teams have logged it with MTN packet core planning to implement a fix. This might take some time to fix and all clients terminating on Tygerberg EPG1 will experience intermittent services during peak.

Tryied to transfer airtime between two of my Afrihost numbers. It failed, each time.
Their answer, well you should use the client zone. Erm, I used your app, well that doesn't work so use the Web.
Poor, surely at least try and fix the app?

I am sorry the support experience was bad. What error message are you receiving on the app?
Are you using the Afrihost app or the Air Mobile app.
I just tested on the Air Mobile app and it worked without error.
Edit: Also worked fine on the Afrihost app.
Afrihost, please make the app zero-rated so we can buy data when depleted. So frustrating having to switch to another network or use WiFi to buy, since I only notice when I'm out and about. This is on an eSim if it makes a difference.

Hi Afrihost,
We have about 10x clients that make use of your mail-hosting , they are mostly using the Linux Platinum (250 mailboxes) packages.
We get a lot of emails containing virusses when downloading email.
Is there an additional service/subscription that we must get from Afrihost in order to get all the emails scanned before downloading it from the Afrihost servers ?
We have antivirus on the devices that downloads the emails, but it is a huge risk to filter the mail at the endpoint.
In the past when we had clients with Mweb , they used Mail-Marshall to scan/filter and delete emails with virusses/malware before the mails are being dropped in the mail-drop account.

You can train the spam filter to recognise spam emails.
For your email packages, are you on CPanel or CWP ?

For which account is this?At least they are consistent...
It takes a week to prepare a SIM, then another week to deliver it. Ordered on 21 Nov, still not delivered!

To change the subject: the data pricing on these SIMs is currently favourable compared to your competitors. However, anyone who uses the app also has full access to the linked bank account!!!

They can monitor on *136# and you can set up an auto top up with a limit.
Never give kids access to anything that has payment functions. I learned that with billings up to R2000 for credit purchases by my ex wife's daughter on her phone that was linked for a single purchase and forgotten about... School fees for me. Never trust children, they lack the capacity of reasoning.
That is exactly why the kids need access to a dumb-down app. If it is not already available, AH should develop this. It should not be difficult and they can pay me R47 billion for the idea...

Although we added numerous attachment extensions additionally to the existing list of "blocked/tp be scanned" attachments.
Is there anyway to scan all email attachments for malware/virusses even if it isnt flagged as SPAM ?

@Afrigirl I'm trying to order fixed LTE for my 73 year old mum, and the process is frustrating us. She tried to do it telephonically but was told it can only be done online, so guess who has to help.
After all the OTP stuff (with her living 30km away) to place the order on her behalf, we're now stuck with back and forth with FICA. Order can't be shipped until FICA is done. Pictures are "not clear", she has to retake them, send it to me, I have to log in with the OTP nonsense again and reupload it.
You guys forget that there are actually old people, or people who aren't capable of doing these things on their own. Please can you urgently help to just get this sorted? They need the router to be delivered early next week, so it can be installed for CCTV cameras on their business premises before everyone goes holiday.
