Afrihost Mobile Feedback

Hi team anything special I need to do get airmobile to work on s25u? Just not get any data connection.

I recently got Data-Only Sims from Afrihost. I asked support but did not get a clear answer. With the sim cards supplied from Afrihost for the Data-Only. Do I still need to top them up every month with MTN airtime and use the airtime to keep them active as these are going in devices that will only use the data connection and not SMS or calls? The Sims I received from you guys are still branded as MTN sims if that helps.

Hi.

With a Data only mobile SIM card received from us, you do not need to load airtime to keep the SIM active.
 
Anyone else have issues with the Samsung security updates changing their APN settings? S24U

Has the payment details been verified?
You still need to submit your Rica docs
I am rica'd already as this is not the first LTE package I've used, and it says there "payment verified"? How is the package showing in my connectivity if payment isn't verified? Payment is the same account that the fibre gets paid with which is saved in clientzone. How do I check payment.

Check under the billing tab.
Delivery may take 3 to 6 working days.
 
How do I reactivate my eSIM on another device ("sim swap")? Need to change devices for a week or so, scanned the QR code, seems to activate, but can't do anything. No calls no data connection.

Also, mobile network shows up as MTN and not AirMobile?

EDIT: I see things are activated this morning.

I had to manually select network instead of automatic down under with my Holafly eSIM here in Sydney.
