yea no vowifi on the esim this morning still (s21) and the physical sim (s22) is on vowifi - did reboot, guess it's a physical sim thing at the moment.
 
MTN has not yet given us confirmation. And I see it is working on my end as well.
I take it they are implementing it,

So @Afrigirl safe to assume that the enabling of these services (VoLTE & VoWiFi) is completely in the hands of MTN? And no one from Afrihost is involved?

Yes, we are not involved. MTN are the ones who would roll out those implementation for MVNOs.
 
have a question regarding the Airmobile "give 5gb, get 5gb".

wifey signed up with my referral, and she has added and verified her bank details as it stipulates. Its been almost a day now, but we haven't received the data. I think we're missing something. Does she need to buy data for the reward to activate?

Has the new SIM been activated?
 
I see VoLTE is working on the physical sim today - did not check before tbh, but wifi calling + volte is on for my physical sim.
 
Vowifi/volte isn't working on the Honor x9b with physical airmobile SIM (my mom's phone), her other sim does have regular MTN vowifi working.

Please be advised that the recent implementation of VoLTE and VoWiFi on Airmobile has led to issues with outgoing calls. As a result, MTN will be rolling back these changes.:cautious:
