Again, 7pm everyday. This is honestly unacceptable at this point. It's clear as day where the issue lies. Every tracert reveals the same issue in the same place. This has gone on long enough.

Pages loads @ 800Kbps and video from the same page @ 50Kbps
With other ISP both loading @ 800!
Same line, hard and software
Only difference is user name / password on the router.

Sounds like we'll have to troubleshoot your issue a little further. What DNS settings are you currently using?
 
Did you guys change something? KLT Cape Town is not reporting such high latency. Things are currently looking better.
 
I'm unable to stream off of Twitch even at medium, been like that since yesterday.
I've emailed CC earlier today but no response as of yet.

Latency to london down to 215ms - 233(path of exile) looking better... not the 199ms like usually but i wont split hairs about that... :)

To test I tried grabbing the Skype offline installer, it was running at 98kb/s on a 20meg line with Afrihost. Switched to my Mweb account and immediately started at 1.8mb/s. Really pathetic speeds to international services.

We going in circles and you simply buying the time!
All things regarding to this "phenomena" were reported numerous times to AFRIHOST
All possible DNS settings on router and PC's (AH / Google /best SA / mixed) were tested - no any difference.
Everything working fine with all these settings with another ISP.
I have only one logical explanation - bad network management from AFRIHOST.
Nothing else!

Afrihost do not have enough capacity. Period.
