Afrihost New Network Feedback - Part 2

Morning!

Just a quick heads-up, it looks like some of the Afrigreen accounts were not allocated data, our Team is working to make sure that this is corrected as quickly as possible. We've updated the Network Notice on the site.

This is only affecting Afrigreen accounts, switching to your @afrihost.co.za will get you connected immediately again.

Our connection to Afrigreen account was disabled this morning. There was no communication about this to forewarn. Online chat with a chap called Irvin N confirms this and he suggested to use afrihost.co.za account. He is now getting the dev's to enable the afrigreen account so that we don't have to drive out to the client. What gives??

its now 10:00 and the issue is still not resolved. your post about this was posted at 7:37a. 'Resolved shortly' seems to be relative.

All of the links have been created, have you tried restarting your modem? Could you please PM me your ADSL username.
 
I got my data roll-over, although it oddly also added the used data from last month so shows me at 25% of my monthly already used.

But more importantly my double data from afrihost plus didn't apply. I am on the normal afrihost.co.za

That's strange... PM me your ADSL username and I'll check what's going on.
