I've just PM'ed you a SAIX-based Test account, can I ask that you switch to it for 30 to 40 minutes and then testing to see if there is any difference in the latencies.

Looks mostly good. :) Can you run an MTR to get a better idea of the P/L you're seeing?

Sorry for the delay Afrifella; seems to be around 7-8%

Thanks!

I'm going to think there is a firewall on that hop that is dropping ICMP traffic... It looks to be consistently dropping packets no matter the time of day or night.

The latency to sipgate.de does seem to have stabilized though.

Please check why Facebook videos are loading slowly. Constant buffering. Only Facebook seems affected. Capped Account, Durban.

Things look okay here... Which DNS are you using at the moment?

No packet loss for me. :)

Thanks for your comparative tests. It looks like overall latency is very similar between the two accounts, but I can see the P/L that you are referring to. I'll pass your results onto our NOC Team.

Any feedback on why supersport streams are so bad? On a 40mb line.Assume it is Supersport

By any chance, can you just group up your posts? It must be really annoying for afrihost support to scroll through a page of posts from the previous night.
