This what very unstable SNR looks like, this is what causes line drops, streaming issues and packet loss ofc

No problem :D,Yeah This is my line at the moment, and just below that is what really bad SNR looks like. Happened to me last month:(
 
Did you manage to get your router hooked up to that app?, You running a Netgear DGN2000 right?
Yes i see the DGN2000 is there. I was running my Huawei router last night though. But will use the Netgear one tonight and see how it goes.

Is it rye admin user name and password that i use to access the router?

Yes, but just type it in manually in case the app assigned a different password and if I'm not mistaken the default gateway is 10.0.0.2, unless you changed it?.

Yep i changed it to 192.x.x.x.. Okay wil give it a bash tonight again. Keen to see my SNR and see if its all over the place
 
lol, lets hope that's the issue, but if it is, then it means trying to convince a telkom tech that the line is faulty :P
Urgh then ill just live with the pain lol because i still have a line. And letting them check might just cost me my line lol

If only Charl was still around:whistle:, He helped me last time. We discovered it was the copper backbone linking the Residential area, which was damaged while they were upgrading the road for the new mall. Happened twice:(

Hi there. Bellville North DSLAM. I have intermittent HOP 2 breaks past few days. See traceroute image.
I have my DSL line with Afrihost, support tickets and images sent through, amazingly NO RESPONSE yet.
Currently using cellular data for essential data. :mad:

Dude, change over to your Afrihost account then test again.. that's not Afrihost
