how does that make the service that im paying for and the work that i needed to get done better?
clearly not everyone is getting 'the best service'...
im paying almost a grand a month, R3 off a grand to be exact (isp charges only) and had to upload files/ download files for work purposes but couldnt be done. so much for equality..

its a torrent (from/for work) and its not that i cant download it its that my line is so effing slow due to this effed up issue been having the whole effing day it hasnt downloaded and it need to be re uploaded once updated by 12pm today.. @@@@%^^#%@#

Business uncapped is an unshaped service.
that's exactly what ive been complaining about to but 'apparently' the business accounts dont get shaped however i disagree.

Then please don't suggest that AH shape the business accounts as I am paying for an unshaped (and uncapped) service.

In proper English this (Non-capped/business) would mean Non-capped and non-business, instead of saying non twice I put a /.
So what I am saying is, shape the non capped users and the non business users.

No, in "proper" English, you would put non- twice. What you have done is not "proper" English.
Hyphenating implies you are conjoining the two words.
Same problem. Suddenly it hits around 11pm and I get full speed. What is the point of even paying for business account?
the only advantage is the no limit or no fair usage policy but other than that you have a point. I just wish our ISP's were more transparent and didnt keep blaming others and just give it to us straight!!
time now 23.03 and still no full speed, better than before but still not 100%. im bouncing between 150 and 900 kb/s usually at this time its a constant 1.08mb/s
