Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but these results show the same results across multiple ISPs, all 3 of which use different backbones.
The common point of failure here is your exchange :(

You're also on a pretty old ESR, Telkom may have upgrades around ESR upgrades which may include some capacity increases for the area.

Thanks AfriGuy. Will haunt Telkom. Even though it may not help. But will have to try.

Just sucks to have perfect internet for 2 years and then boom everything gone.

Apply for the LTE option as a short term solution is my suggestion to you.

LTE is not an option as they dont have good coverage in our town.

Had them come out once to test at my house and the guy said on a 20mbps LTE I would be lucky to get 2mbps some days

Ask Lara if her next door neighbour is moving out, then move in ;)
