Worth a try! Seems I had your details on-hand, I've reset your account and your line, please restart your modem and then test the connection again.
 
in general - even trying to log into mbb gives me time out errors - have to try a few times to be able to get the site up :(

In game ping ranges from ~ 300 ms right up to 34K ms .... not fun at all

My connection was OK up to two days ago and then this issue started. Even as I type this update, my char in idle afk mode dc's

MyBB uses Cloudflare. It could be the reason why you're having login problems.

frequent disconnects this afternoon , at 2 and again at 3 and again at 4
Phoned support and here we go send a support ticket and waiting for feedback

Yup, the the Cloudflare issues would definitely explain the issues with logging in.

EDIT: I only saw the game screenshot after I'd finished posting my message. What game is that?

My problem is not only with logging into MyBB - it is also an issue trying to do online gaming - refer to my ping plotter results :)

Yep, I see the same - ~75% packet loss on hop 3 and from there it goes down the proverbial "tube"

And it gets worse ..... kinda sad when even a simple ping test can't get data through.

I saw and it doesn't look good. However, the network seems fine when I test to the same address even when I'm using Wi-Fi. :)

Thx for checking - in between my dc fest, I have also managed to check with my online guild mates - seems the DC'ing and lag spikes is unique to me (e.g. European and US players have a stable connection to the game server)

This doesn't look like a fwide-spread issue. I'm assuming the game is called Perfect World? Are you seeing your internet connection drop-out or only the connection to the game servers?
