Yuuup... you seem to be experiencing the packet loss I am.
Pings to bras are also high. Mine's more in the 20ms mark.
My experience is completely erratic video streaming. It's often perfect, then without warning, it gets nuked. Buffers like crazy.
Really hope they get to the bottom of this.

My line's with AH, so whether it's an AH or Telkom issue, I'm looking to AH to get this resolved for me.

Mine as well, I did open a fault a month ago, but it was fixed quickly and I stopped having drops. Going to check if I can repeat this on the desktop as this laptop is going: laptop > Ethernet > repeater > WiFi > phone > USB > desktop > Ethernet > Access Point > Ethernet > Router > wall. Currently messing around trying to make a separate network with the phone due to the ping loss issues, so I can quickly swap over, it adds ~10ms to the bras.afrihost ping, which is normally at 25-40ms.

What happens, if you hit ethernet just to laptop, without anything else running on the network?

Same thing, just checked on the desktop, pinging bras.afrihost is 28ms constant. (desktop > ethernet > access point > ethernet > router.)
 
Back to latency and slow Android updates.

Android updates running at 200-400Kbps on Afrihost. Switching to Telkom runs at 7.4Mbps. Switching back to Afrihost it comes down to 200-400Kbps again.

Speed tests on both Telkom and Afrihost running at full speed, 7.4Mbps.

So like clockwork at 20:30 tonight, my Diablo 3 ping jumped from 180/190 to 350/900 it is all over the place. I then tried the following:
Starcraft 2 - No Latency Meter, but felt laggy
Path of Exile - 180/300: A little spiky
The Division - Feels slightly laggy but working
World of Warcraft - 230/800 also all over the place
Warframe - Received in game warning of latency over 400

I will keep an eye on it but like clockwork at 20:30 the latencies have gone for a ball of ****.

Not sure what to do. Rebooted, not fixed. Dont have another account to test with at this moment.

To recap my posts here... In CPT, 20mbps VDSL, all was well until 3'ish weeks ago, then experiencing packet loss and latency from hop 3 onward, pings to bras didn't show packet loss, pings after bras showed packet loss. Seeing as things aren't getting anywhere I bit the bullet and got another provider account to test - a completely bizarre concept to me but anyway I've already said my 2c about this so I'll drop it.

Also, please include a ping to bras.afrihost.com in your tests results for our Critical Care team.

Still fairly stable results.
Looks like your line's being pushed through ASSIA which involves a slightly higher sync rate which may be why your SNR results are changing.

Drop me a PM with your line number and I'll see if I can spot anything.

Possibly inherited from the exchange.
A ping to that hop will need to done to confirm any issues there.

As an example, here's an output I just ran. Shows packet loss, but when doing a ping directly to that hop it shows there is none.
