Thanks for the heads up. Saw a massive spike of a couple hundred calls, PBX is probably battling.
We should have an IVR up, if it isn't already.

Relaying feedback via our noticeboard, social and here as best we can in the mean time.

Checking the conversation across Facebook and Twitter and some clients are seeing their services restored - please keep checking :)

Things are starting to normalise on monitoring and seeing some good feedback here.
If you are still having issues please confirm the following in your post:

Location
Can you authenticate?
A traceroute

The two issues are completely unrelated I'm afraid - I believe our team are still working on resolving the higher than normal latency over some routes in the KZN area.
