My latency hasnt been bad for quite some time, even to google.co.za im hitting over 200ms

Tracert to mybroadband also over 200ms, so bit of a strange one at least for me tonight

I noticed on hop 8, cloudflare.ixp.joburg
 
My internet seems to be performing fine, other than Twitch. Can't even stream high quality. Normally I can't stream source, but high always works fine.

Edit: Holy cow. Help Afrihost!

Im still struggling with my speed. I can barely get up to 2mbps on a 20mbps line *sigh* wha could be the issue here? Faulty line? Telkom claims nothing wrong with my line. I can stream fine, and websites generally load okay, so why is my speed struggling?

Have you try different isp I find tonight telkom and webafrica is fine only problem is afrihost
 
router stats, anything out of the ordinary here?

tested my telkom account as well. my jitter is around 310ms, and before it was 1

MTR looks OK, what throughput does Twitch display when watching a stream?
