you could say that yes, but its also one way of seeing how much traffic can pass through WITHOUT crippling it. Remember, MTN has fallen away now, and its important for AH to actually guage how much it can handle on its new network. This promo is only for a few weeks, so we shall see.

Nice and i hope Gian is working hard to get more capacity on a regular basis, or to ensure that there is. Very important that is monitored regularly.

The only measure not in place, is AfriMystery's laptop, but we will leave that for another day cant believe Gian has not paid me yet for so many months of work. But im a good guy, and will forgive him for that.

Capacity upgrades are essentially done on a rolling basis, along with a heap of other measures in place to make sure the performance is excellent.
