Downloads are a little slow. Youtube Videos play around, I can play 1080 for sometime, 360 another (Same video). Did a download test, running between 280kB/s-350kB/s. Used to get 416kB/s-480kB/s.

Hhmm, mind posting a specific video you're battling with?
 
Can you also please let me know why this ticket is no longer on the Client Zone > My Support portal?

Because the ticket is in a Management queue.

What does it mean when the ticket is in a Management queue? And why would this trigger a removal from the portal?

Because it's a queue that isn't made available until Management reply.
As mentioned, our Critical Care team will be taking the query forward with you.

I acknowledge that I have read your reply that the problem has been handed to Critical Care. I do not understand why tickets we logged are removed from the customer's portal because of a Management Queue. Can Afrihost not see that this creates the impression that our requests gets binned? Is that not the purpose of that section in the portal. I.e. to keep track of requests?
 
How long does it take for Telkom to transfer your line to the Holding Pool?
Every time I phone they say I must wait up to 21 business days for them to contact me back.
I already emailed the cancellation documents and ID for the transfer of the line twice.
Should I just be patient and wait another 2 weeks?

It's only done with certain tickets that need Management attention.

Shouldn't be long, the entire migration process usually takes 14 days :)
Once they've confirmed things the line should be moved into the holding pool automatically.

Shoot me a PM with your line number and I'll check what the hold up is.

How's your fault going?
Its still confusing me. Streaming is fine, but download speeds just dont want to pick up. I streamed the Tottenham vs Monaco game without any issues, but why im getting timeouts on a speed test is causing me headaches.
