Afrihost New Network Feedback - Part 2

So no Afripeople working this weekend, because my R1 account is still working...
 
Wonder when they will cut me off, I almost have a feeling the rollover data has something to do with it still working.

Could be roll-over, that would make sense but if I was you I wouldn't use it, they might turn around and bill you for it seeing you're using it.

Is it still showing in the clientzone?

Not showing in the clinetzone and I received the cancellation email.
 
I signed up a bit more than a week ago. It showed pro rata 50+50GB & 50GB from Afrihost Plus, so 150Gb in total, which I've only used about 600meg from, nothing carried over also. BTW I've got Afrihost+ trial if that makes a difference.

Fixed. Thanks to support for sorting it out.
 
I now literally have more data than what I can use up in this coming month if considering my line speed and only 6 hours of use counted per day. Afrihost, how about a feature to trade 10 GB fixed broadband data for 1 GB of mobile data or something like that?
 
My Afriplus is also not showing :( i have 121 gigs left. I have a 100 + 300 gig package... Im also sure that i should have carried over alot more data, as i was sitting with over 700 gigs last month.

I emailed support & they manually added it for me.
 
Also wondering what happened to bandwidth from last month, sure I had some left over, also todays data use looks rather large, have asked support to look into it in case something is up.

Have Youtube buffering issues though, Youtube since yesterday can barely play. Anyone else having issues? Afriguy, you around?

Not too concerned right now, as free time should be kicking in until 6pm. But i wonder what has happened here, because all i have is 120 gigs left out of a 400 gig package. No Afriplus either showing.

What the... is it just me or are we going backwards here... I remember the days of support being 24/7 for a 24/7 service in this country? Speaking in general that is. Guess I have to wait till Monday. Woo. I'll try enjoy constant buffering youtube yay.

Just this forum doesn't happen on weekends. Normal support is available.

Try using Chrome to stream Youtube, and install the Magic Actions for Youtube extension. In the extension's settings, choose your desired quality and enable auto wide, disabled annotations (if they annoy you) and speed booster. Leave everything else off. When I was struggling on Afrihost it made a massive difference.
 
Any body else's net just die? Couldn't open any page on Afrihost, but perfectly fine on Web Africa.

Edit: Never mind. Seems like it was down for a couple minutes only.

lol sitting with 900GB. And I have a 4mb adsl line:crylaugh:

Well done on post 144. If you did a little investigation on AH website you would see that support is 24/7. ..... Not saying anything else. Good night.
