Afrihost don't work on weekends?

What the... is it just me or are we going backwards here... I remember the days of support being 24/7 for a 24/7 service in this country? Speaking in general that is. Guess I have to wait till Monday. Woo. I'll try enjoy constant buffering youtube yay.

We may not be on the Forums 24-hours a day, but our Support Team is available 24-hours a day. If the phone-lines are closed, you can request a call-back my SMS'ing Help to 32541 and they will call you back.

Morning Guys!

Sorry for the late reply, things have been a bit crazy this morning!

Our Dev Team is aware of the roll-over data not displaying correctly, and they should have this sorted out in a jiffy!

If you guys don't see the data displaying correctly by later today, you are more than welcome to PM me.

Yo G

i already spoke to Richard by telephone, and indicated that this was the only thing which isnt right.. I have over a TB of data left, but according to this, only 121 gigs :D

Was it a Capped account? If so, any unused data will still be accessible even if the account has been cancelled. :)

It was a capped account and it has since stopped working even thought it still had over 200GB available.

Anyone Experiencing excruciating slow emails from office 365 or just office 365 in general?

We are on Afrihost uncapped business premium?

It works fine if I switch over to my fallback Telkom LTE?

The Jhb microsoft server pings take longer than 200ms from within afrihost , it pings fine from within Telkom LTE, Even tho it roots to Capetown:

should have expired only at the end of October, if you signed up for that promo

"You have chosen to cancel the account as from the 2016-09-30."

I was really just posting for one of the Afripeople to manually cancel the account if it kept on working but it was since stopped.

Im also having a problem with the amount of capped data my account has. I currently have a 100gb account with the bonus 100gb from the double data promo and a few gigs remaining from last month.

But my account doesn't reflect my new afriplus double data at all which I signed up for on the 1st. I spoke to a few agents over the weekend and many didnt understand that I was talking about the afriplus double data being reflected on my account.

My account should be: ((100gb + 100gb) * 2) + 88gb(rollover)
So Im expecting to see: 488gb total but all I have is 288gb.

The afriplus page does say that during the promo the double data will stack to *4

After talking to some agents they appologized for the inconvenience caused and said the problem was corrected. When I went to my afrihost account and looked at my overall data available it was displayed correctly but the individual package still only showed 288gb.

Today however both forms display 288gb and Im back to square one.

All the other afriplus services are working however. Incl. mobile data and x2 top-up.

Thanks for the update. As I mentioned previously, if there was data that rolled over from last month, you will still have access to that even if the account itself has been cancelled.

There was a problem with some accounts not receiving the Doubled Double Data from Plus+, our Dev Team is still working on correcting this, and it should be done by later today. You are welcome to PM me later if it still hasn't been allocated later today.

I've got a similar problem, I received my 100+100GB = 200GB data + another 100GB + rollover from last month(146.94GB) = 448GB
What I don't understand is shouldn't I have gotten 200GB + Afrihost+ 200GB = 400GB + rollover?

In clientzone it's laid out as follows:

Available data (from October) 1GB
Available data (from October) 100GB
Available data (from October) 200GB Double Data
Available data (from September) 46.94GB
Available data (from September) 50GB
Available data (from September) 50GB Double Data

So essentaily I only got 300GB instead of 400GB & the rest was rollover. Is this the right way to perceive it or am I off mark here?

Afrihost can you look into office 365, I have an entire office that cant work because their email is down.

I also noticed VPN is extremely slow (to one of our other local offices)

Did you see the post above yours?

Which DNS Servers are you using at the moment? Are you seeing any other Microsoft services affected other than Office365?

I am also seeing weird things with usage and I don't have Afrihost+.

It is saying I have used 48% of overall account use but then as I delve deeper it says I have 74.1 GB remaining of an allocated 81.GB.

My two mobile accounts show zero use so where is the the figure of 48% coming from?
