WTF Afrihost!?!?!
I just received a second invoice for November for my 75Gb+75Gb package changing to 100Gb+100Gb.
I never requested this bloody upgrade. How can they just change your package and bill your CC with no request from the client.
Wonder how many other people where "upgraded" by accident :mad:

This is definitely quite strange... Has it happened to you more than once? Please PM me your account details.
 
I don't think this should be happening.

Red lines = packet loss
Black lines = latency (mid graph is about 1500ms)

Oh this weeks just keeps getting better. Check my junk folder by accident today and found an abuse email from them.
Somewhere on the 1st I did a ddos attack on NFOservers.com.
Strange seeing as my pcs and servers was off because of a brewing thunder storm.
Trying to reach someone to see wtf is going on is not getting me anywhere, nobody on the phone knows where to transfer my call to.
Replied to the abuse email but no response.

Did Afrihost recently employ staff from Webafrica? Seems there are more and more issues and the support is going down day by day.
