@AfriMan - and what exactly does your upstream providers have to do with the fact that the latency already starts on YOUR very own network?

This is the second time this week:

What type of account do you have with us? Which DNS are you using? Are there any other sites you are having problems with?

You might get your cancellation in today if the billing run hasn't started. We moved the date to the 23rd becuase some months we have to start billing earlier becuase of weekends, public holidays, etc.

When you cancel, your monthly data won't be allocated in the following month but any rollover data will remain active. So the cancellation will be set to pending to the end of the following month, when rollover data is no longer valid.

Thanks for the great summary - at least I know what's potting now :D
As it's probably now too late in the day, will hold off until at least the 23rd of Dec.

I downgraded from 8 Mbps to 4Mbps to establish the regular dc but I still have the dcs and my line sync is showing at 2Mbps whereas on clientzone, it is showing that I have a 4Mbps line.
Did Telkom set the wrong amount ? Will I be charged for a 4 Mbps line?

Our Team is monitoring the latency to the EU closely tonight, I'm sure they'll figure out what the issue is.
Only now? It's been going on for nearly a week now.

Also, it's pretty much at 240ms the entire day, then hits 300-350ms in the evening, you should be able to check for latency issues at any time.
It's supposed to hover at 180-200ms (back when afrigreen first got launched I actually had 165ms ping).

They've been investigating since you guys first brough this to our attention, I mean that they are monitoring the links tonight in real-time to isolate the exact case.
