I am a bit confused about your capped products, in particular why they are called, for example, 10 + 10. This seems to imply that the 20 GB is available in 2 tranches, e.g. midnight to 6 AM and the balance and this would be at odds with the free midnight to 6pm offering.
In fact, if I can do 10GB in the midnight to 6pm period, why would I need to sign up for a bigger cap? How would your 20GB capped package compare with my Telkom uncapped under these circumstances?
Finally, how long are these offerings going to run for? It would somewhat of a disaster were I to sign up only to be told within 90 days that the offer was being terminated!
We display that to show that you are buying 10GB of data with us and receiving another 10GB of data. So Double Data.
This data is for use at any time of the day and night.
The Free-Time promotion is entirely separate to that, any data you us between 00h00 and 18h00 won't counts towards your cap. If you are on a package smaller than 50GB + 50GB you will revert to a shortened Free-Time from the 1st of December with the Free-Time period being between 00h00 and 08h00.
I hope that makes sense.
