My line stats. Internet is dead and YouTube buffers even at 440p. I have a capped account 50 GB. :( internet is unusable.

DNS on pc set to Open DNS 8.8.8.8
DNS on Router set to
Preferred DNS Server: 169.1.1.2
Alternate DNS Server: 169.1.1.1

Downstream Line Rate (Kbps): 12478
Upstream Line Rate (Kbps): 1023

Yeah, did lightning strike your line or something? Those are easily one of the worst line stats I have ever seen.
Try removing all your filters/phones and plugging the modem directly into the wall.

Had "cannot find DNS" and no email in or out all Sunday and until 9.00am today. On calling said was a 20 min delay. Got cut off after 10 mins

What was wrong? Was it something I am supposed to do?
