My speed is all over the show... 1kbs then 20kbs then full speed then 0kbs etc etc just absolutely random every second

Afrihost just double charged me for Afrihost+. Will have to deal with that on Tuesday.

Might be back up, but far from fixed.

7mbps speed test to SAIX CPT from PE. On 40mbps VDSL, with 89ms latency.

(normal is around 38mbps with 30ms latency).

Hmmm, Afrihost.

Easiest route is to use the email you received when we launched Shaped Capped

Other than my regular billing invoices, I never received anything re. the launch of shaped capped.

Outages happen, maybe it's taking longer to fix.

Seriously, if being connected is this critical get a failover solution. Another DSL account, mobile failover. Something.

Other than that, it's a public holiday - relax. Afrihost will get to it when they get to it.

Maybe you should seriously consider leaving?
Your endless complaint posts are getting pretty old. If Afrihost isn't working for you just move on. Plenty other ISPs out there.
