AM how does this 8mbps line work? I understand TI doesn't have an 8mbps line?

They introduced it earlier this year when they brought back 1Mbps lines. Definitely benefited a whole lot of clients who were forced to pay for 10Mbps to get above 4Mbps.

interesting, i dont see that on their website, so im assuming you would have to ask for it?
 
Ah, nice. Definitely not nice to have to pay for a higher line in those circumstances :(

yea but I'm greatfull for the 5Mbps, I get (4.50Mbps) 550kbps (sometimes 660Kbps) DL rate and (0.44Mbps) 50Kbps UL rate, some people cant even get 2Mb lines to work properly. So I consider myself very lucky :)

Small issue with ClientZone graph, the daily usage is shown (spike on graph), but you can no longer see the dally usage, it used to show the total upload/download for the day. Why was this removed?

you wouldn't have to ask, if they had it as an option:confused:

can you maybe link me to it, as i cant find it on the TI website. Unless you referring to the Afrihost site, which is where i can see it yes. But i would still prefer Telkom to manage my line

Not at all! The 1Mbps and 8Mbps lines are available with all of our Bundles, you can find the specific line rental fees Here. :)

yes, sorry should have made my point more clear, I meant AH yes. but anyway goodluck m8 atleast you have Charl on you side to help with the upgrade :p

Charl is fantastic, been great since i signed up to get my line. Therefore im remaining loyal to them from a line perspective.

I also prefer my data with Afrihost as again, personally if you get this type of good support, then its worth sticking around. At least that is my thinking and how i operate. I always believe, that there will be issues, but if you get the type of support the AfriGANG :whistle: has given(im not sure who the leader is of this gang lol) that you will get through it.:D

Hmmm, that should still be there, let me check with our Dev Team. :)
