interesting, i dont see that on their website, so im assuming you would have to ask for it?

Ah, nice. Definitely not nice to have to pay for a higher line in those circumstances
yea but I'm greatfull for the 5Mbps, I get (4.50Mbps) 550kbps (sometimes 660Kbps) DL rate and (0.44Mbps) 50Kbps UL rate, some people cant even get 2Mb lines to work properly. So I consider myself very lucky

Small issue with ClientZone graph, the daily usage is shown (spike on graph), but you can no longer see the dally usage, it used to show the total upload/download for the day. Why was this removed?

yea but I'm greatfull for the 5Mbps, I get (4.50Mbps) 550kbps (sometimes 660Kbps) DL rate and (0.44Mbps) 50Kbps UL rate, some people cant even get 2Mb lines to work properly. So I consider myself very lucky

can you maybe link me to it, as i cant find it on the TI website. Unless you referring to the Afrihost site, which is where i can see it yes. But i would still prefer Telkom to manage my line

Charl is fantastic, been great since i signed up to get my line. Therefore im remaining loyal to them from a line perspective.
I also prefer my data with Afrihost as again, personally if you get this type of good support, then its worth sticking around. At least that is my thinking and how i operate. I always believe, that there will be issues, but if you get the type of support the AfriGANG
has given(im not sure who the leader is of this gang lol) that you will get through it.
