So after-hours uncapped is performing terribly right now. Can't even manage to complete a speed test, torrents going along at about 10kB/s.This is the first after-hours session of December, meaning there could be many new users, and the service is now too heavily contended.Disappointing if that's the case.

run a traceroute/ping to 155.239.255.250 and post the results here, should tell us what's happening.

me on this urgently :D

I know I changed package from 20 to 50GB's on the 26th.

Receive my invoice for 20GB's, but my package was changed to the 50GB one and I received a pro rata allocation of 5GB's , and was billed about R8 or so.

However I still received my 20GB package, and really don't want to be double billed for this :( sigh

Bit of an inconvenience which I'm hoping can be resolved, as I don't want to pay for a 20 and 50GB package.
 
Moved my afrihost+ doubel data from mobile apn to dsl data. Mobile apn is correct, but on dsl data doesnt show as double data ? Should have 100gb + 100gb. Can tou check please ?
 
Signed up for a 100gb Capped account this morning.

Everything looked good before I left for work :D

Same here - the heading of my client zone says "100+100GB Capped DSL Data Package", but the data allocation and all the charts are only showing 100GB. It was the same last month - but I thought it would have been fixed on 1 December? It makes it a bit difficult to manage the cap if I don't know if I have 100 or 200...

Except for that it is absolutely flying with no issues!!!

I have the same problem. Moved my A+ double data from mobile to my 100GB adsl account and also did not get double data.

The account shows 100GB + 100GB but I only got 100GB allocated.

Network demand dropped off significantly from around 22h30 last night, even with the After-Hours Data we're not coming close to hitting the network throughput ceiling.

What is your line sync looking like at the moment? How is the connection during the day?

The links for Plus+ Double Data weren't generated, our Dev Team is running through them now, you should see the Double Data in the next hour or so. :)

The Plus+ Double Data links were generated correctly on our system, the Dev Team is working on this now and should have all the links added in the next hour or so. :)

Looks like this is linked to the same issue that did not assign Double Data from Plus+, we'll have it sorted out in a jiffy! :)
 
Same here, I have 200GB + 200GB but only got 200GB.

Our Dev Team picked up on this early this morning, and are working on re-adding the Double Data links from Plus+, you should have the Double Data added shortly. :)

My account performs without a fault during the day. I was even using the after-hours uncapped on the 1gb free account for the last few days of last month, and it worked perfectly. Don't know what happened last month. Line stats from router :
