Good luck Telkom have been extremely slow at fixing lines lately.

Hi. Thank you for doing that. I haven't heard anything - I know signal is really bad at work so maybe that is why they didn't get through. Any way to request them to contact me after 3:30pm?

AfriTeam. Big ups, Durban latency has got much better the last few days. From 30ms down to 15ms local. And speeds are crazy. Max all my lines out no problems. Keep it up :-)

We've gotten pretty much only good feedback over the past two weeks, which we are all very thankful for. :)

There are one or two hiccups still, but for the most part these have been line issues or problems with the Telkom infrastructure in some areas.

That's awesome to hear! Our Team is keeping a close eye on everything to make sure that this level of performance is kept!
 
Hey AfriGuy

Just upgraded from 10mb ADSL to 40mb VDSL. I can see the router is showing its connected in VDSL mode with actual data rate 40956 Mbps download and 3072 Mbps upload.

We are only hitting 25Mbps max download and 1Mbps upload on a Speedtest. Is there anything that needs to be changed on my AH capped account?

Currently the account connects from 2 locations - one of which is still on 10mb ADSL, just in case that is a factor...

If the router's been setup correctly there shouldn't be an issue.
Depends on a few things though, 25Mbps could be the max sync available in the area. Drop me a PM with your number and I'll take a look :)
