HermanTheGerman's speedtest looks like it is a case of being changed to Interleaved profile, You'll probably find he's syncing at 12mbps and not 10mbps - hence the higher speed and higher latency.

me too, cant believe Daffy is having a cuppa tea. lol No wonder he/she is having internet issues. Daffy switch to coffee buddy, it will sort things out for you

I'm going to have to try something. If coffee = good internet then, coffee it is. But tea's also SO SO damn good. Arghhhhh

on a serious note AG, congestion for me yes. Any idea why the ping is therefore not consistent. Last night i went, 400ms,365ms,234ms, 29ms, back up to 207ms, up again to 293ms, down to 66ms.

its pretty annoying that when you do those speed tests, and see the ping. Although i did a ping test only, and it came back as an F, at around 598ms, and said i would struggle with that connection lol...

my server came up 1st as Tripoli, then when i changed server, it came back as Luxomberg

Exchange uplinks won't be congested constantly, when some bandwidth free's up, your latency should return back to normal until it maxes out again.

Congestion will only happen when the exchange becomes busy though, so most of the time residential areas will see congestion when everyone comes home from work.

urgh so frustrating. so basically between 6pm and 6am, exchange is packed. Im at work at 8am and get home at 6pm, so i need to either call in sick, or take holiday... man this sucks lol

Ok wow my speeds are all limited to 100kb/s on my 10mb uncapped account/line and speed test shows my line running at 1mb as well wtf
