I'm not seeing general issues at the moment. We're testing from Cape Town and all seems normal. Looks like your running your network through an exchange or proxy. Not sure if that is related.
Do you have any other ISP accounts that you can test with to see if you get the same results? Please also PM your username so I can pass onto the network team if they need to investigate from their side.
