Could be the DSMS software monitoring your line, what was your SNR before the drops?, looking at your upstream it seems the DSMS dropped your line due to bad SNR on the upstream, @Afriman could I be wrong?

Definitely no issues from our end, haven't seen queries around slow OS updates outside of the SEACOM outage at the end of Jan.
Is this the only download service that's slow for you?

Only that update service, yes.
I did exactly that before posting here, still on 0%
Could be an MS issue itself, OS updates look to be performing well on our end.
What DNS servers are you using?
Googles
Googles
On a related note, I found streaming performance increased quite a bit when I changed from Google's DNS to Afrihost's one.
(Before fibre, doubt it makes a difference now)
It will make a difference, we've setup our DNS clusters to use the best routes, caching, CDN's etc etc
BTW, super jealous of those speeds!
Hehe.
The DNS made a massive difference. Even 720p was buffering badly on Youtube at 10Mbps. After auto DNS, 1080p was perfect on any streaming service.
Our network guys will be glad to hear it
I've only ever been able to stream 1080P on YouTube on my line, tell me oh fibre wizard - does 4K buffer for you?
Just tested a 4K vid. Loaded about as fast as 480p did on my 10Mbps connection. The loading indicator hopped ahead for a few seconds and then the video was loaded.
Maybe try ours?
This may affect routing/ which caching service you use.
Weird, changed it to AH's DNS and its now downloading at 100% of the line.
Thanks.
