I'm having problem on WebAfrica as well, and the guys in the CrystalWeb thread are also complaining...

My PC can't download overnight anymore. My downloads were done by the time I was finished brushing my teeth. Can't do anything but shut the PC down at night.

So I'm having some VERY bad packetloss...

This is on Afrihost

I'm getting upwards of 50% packet loss at that one single hop EVERY day now :(
It's only on Afrihost. everything is 110% fine on the Openweb, Web Africa and Vox accounts I've tested...

For everyday browsing purposes you don't really notice it, but for gaming it's TERRIBLE!!!
I get insane packet loss in game at times. It fluctuates a lot! Sometimes it would just jump to 100% and I get disconnect from the server.
I play Battlefield 4 competitively and this is creating the absolute biggest headaches since it started about 2 weeks ago.

Contacted Afrihost support which is still ongoing but so far I just uploaded traceroutes showing the same results and had to try Google's DNS settings... No luck.

I signed for the 30 day trial for afrihost plus last month want to activate double data this month but it tells me will be activated on the 1st of march but my 30 day trial would of expired on the 27th of February. So is there any way to restart this 30 day trial and activate double data same time.

Logged into My Connectivity section on my account this morning ............................

Noticed that the Midnight to 06:00 unlimited data is activated (my capped account is <100GB), just to verify (in case I need an eye test :p) - Is this feature back for the low end capped account holders, or am I getting excited for nothing?

I think the promo is running till the end of April.

If there's an issue across multiple ISPs it could mean a line issue, or something bigger.
Did you manage to grab any tests that you can paste up here?

I'd like to take a look at the results you've passed onto our Support team, see if we can spot anything. Can you PM me the ref# please?

The first activation is instant, only changes after this (so if you're changing benefits between products) will take affect at month end :)

You're not going crazy, don't worry :)
We extended the midnight data to all Capped accounts until the end of April. Enjoy!
