You can reverse the cancellation and pause the account via ClientZone.

I didn't know you considered such drastic actions and you didn't ask. :p

lol, hey dont judge Lara. Trying some new flavour, although im thinking about all together just downgrading to a 4mbps line again.

BTW, do i just un cancel on Client Zone and then hit the pause button?

Depends on the source, you should be able to achieve 720P on a 4Mbps service.

im just trying to crunch the numbers.. little daughter around, so finances is a bit tight. so might decide to downgrade. Any plans on any info regarding wholesale/Open Serve dropping costs for you guys? or any word on pricing? i know you guys are dirt cheap on your capped products, but hoping your home premium uncapped can fall in line with your sister company at some point

We're still separate companies, no price drops confirmed at this stage.

Anyone else having international issues?

Update : So after 1.5 hours - as I posted this originally - speed from MS jumps to 300+kb/sec and almost the same from Sourceforcge .. :erm:

Ignore this bit then ..

Capped 4mbps account here with oodles of gigs to spare. Downloading an ISO from microsoft - at ~30kb/sec (dropping as low as 11kb/sec) and from sourceforge at ~18kb/sec
Speedtest to the US shows 0.7mbps - hmm .. and I see people on VOX also complaining about international ..

Hi :)

Not seeing any throughput issues on International, any links I can test from my end?

I'm currently having issues as well. My ping in War Thunder is around 500ms when it should be 200ms. Other people on the server aren't having issues.

My ping test to Maidenhead: http://www.pingtest.net/result/142219559.png
Ignore the packet loss. That's a Java thing.

It is an MSDN download - so no link to that sorry.

But like I said, it seems to be improving now. With only the MS download now running (in chrome)- it is bouncing between 60kb/s and 120kb/s (with the occasionally peak in the 200s).

I just fired up a download manager instead and getting a nice 570 kb/sec - so I'll chalk this one up to Chrome :o

Sorry for the false alarm.

Tough to nail down an issue from there :(
Is there a traceroute you can post?
