Uninstalled utorrent, and as stated yesterday with a totally different client the issue still exists

Same issue on all 6 computers on network, running different operating systems

Reset the ports, also deleted the file mentions in these forums.

Once again, switching accounts and there are no issues, so how can it possibly be my setup. Has anyone actually checked my account, done any resets, checked if its configured correctly, has Telkom been contacted as you get paid for the adsl part of my line? I very much doubt it because I have seen zero improvement, and all I get told we need to solve this in a civil manner. You mentioned publically in these forums that I was not doing the tests you asked for when In fact I posted that I had.

you also mention I have used support a lot, or how did you put it something like exceeded your support resources. Sorry, I have a problem I pay you, I will contact you as much as I want until my issue gets resolve, I know I can move to a different ISP, but I wont, I want the product I am paying for.

Have you actually read those forum links you posted, many of the fixes don't work, and its mentioned as well that ISP have been the issue with the trackers?

The only other option I can think of is to test another router.
My offer to test your account on my home line still stands to see if I can spot anything from there.

It used to work with no settings configured for username and password, then it stopped working, so I added my DSL Account details some months back but that didn't help anything

just tested with account details configured and blank, same response when testing "502 Authentication Failed"

Odd.
Definitely no username/ password is needed. Mind pasting your server settings here? Mine are setup in SAB as follows:

news.afrihost.co.za
Port 119
No username/ password
10 connections
200 days retention

I never knew you offered to test my account, I don't have a spare router. You know I have a masters degree in civil engineering, I have a mcse, I am a certified Microsoft engineer, and you think that I don't know what I am doing. Why would a router be the issue if other service providers have no issues. I would agree that it could be the router if every ISP gave the same results but that is not the case. I just downloaded the latest Windows 10 insider build, which is about 4.3 gb in less than an hour, how can my router be an issue?

If his problems disappear with another ISP account there is nothing wrong with the router. Why not provide him with another Afrihost account so that he can test?

I'm really not sure why other accounts work, I'm happy to test and troubleshoot to get things sorted using his account though. Unfortunately I can't seem to replicate the issues here.

Why do you not give him another Afrihost account to test?

What reader are you using?

Just upgraded a moment ago to SABNZBD 1.0.0,

Removed the server reset everything to default and re-added it, going to look for something to download and will see if its still temperamental

Why do you not give him another Afrihost account to test?

There has been nothing forthcoming from Afrihost except I am expected to continually do tests, and what does it help me, I get requested to do even more, am I being unreasonable to expect a working product or a solution to my issue?
