The only time YouTube becomes an issue is if I try to load up a 1440p video and that is only at certain times, which shouldn't be happening either.

My main streaming service is Twitch so I really can't speak for other platforms issues.

Are you still having issues with Twitch now? When/ if you are, drop a link to the stream and we can check things out. How much bandwidth is your stream demanding?

Right now not having much of an issue, usually issues start to arise around 22:00.

Watching at source quality with the playback rate around 4500Kbps.

Thanks, I'll make a note to test this later this evening to see what my findings are :)
If you do have any troubles tonight, please post some good test data that we can look at too.
 
I'm having issues again, rebooted router twice.
Nothing INT works... Youtube, Facebook etc.
MyBB is loading soooooooooooooo slowly! Took 3 minutes just to load the last page of this thread.

It's happening more and more!

Not seeing any obvious issues from my end, can you paste up a speedtest and a traceroute please?
 
So with Netflix pretty much gatvol with how the ISP's in the US put the blame on them about slow speeds. Netflix has now released their own Speedtest which targets their servers (of course) so that a user can now see if their ISP is throttling Netflix or not.

I've never used Netflix on Afrihost but it's nice to see I get full speed on it nonetheless. :D https://fast.com/

Yes I have given them the tests they have asked for. Nothing much has improved. Sunday was extremely bad which I let them know about.

Hi, so a question on my friend's behalf. He just upgraded his line from a 10mbit to a 20mbit in the last 2 hours and he's on your 200GB capped plan however he is only getting around 9mbit even though his router shows he is sync'd at 19200kbps. Is there a reason, like a wait period for the capped account to "catch up"?

About 3.4Mbps on a 4Mbps. My tool shows 3.62 actual usage though. I'm assuming that 200Kbps is lost due to routing?
