I replied and indicated that they'd not addressed how 6GB was consumed when that was impossible given the timeframe...


So the long and the short of it is that I believe AH is applying usage data late thus are consuming the new month's cap inappropriately... and that, if it's proven to be the case, is not cool!
Thing is - this is flying past your Call Center team... Doh!!! :wtf:

I must say I have great faith in our Support Team and we honestly do not monitor which services your data is being used on. We only have logs of your total usage per session. I'll be happy to look into your matter and give you as much information I possibly can! Drop me a PM with you ticket number and info! :)

I know and that is why it's even more frustrating, it should work it just doesn't and this has been happening more times than not.
I know that Twitch caching has had some problems in the past but all my problems can't be marked down to that; I'm having trouble with google even though I've changed DNS servers.

What DNS server are you currently using? I really think you might have a deeper underlying issue here which we'll need to establish.

Very good latency to EU servers tonight. Hope it stays like that :)

I am dealing with the critical care team :) ... but thanks for the offer.

Been meaning to do the tests they are asking for but had some family issues (hospitals and other stresses) so I just haven't had the time ... Will let you know what the critical team says tomorrow.



Do you know if we are being shaped ? ... Getting 24kbps P2P speeds
