That's definitely concerning. If you can post those results to compare, would definitely love to give this feedback to the network team.
I've said it before. These are gaming servers. Servers with different ports. Thus, I can speedtest and tracert and ping until we're both shouting at each other, it's not going to solve anything. I can send you a screenshot showing 3000ms ping in DOTA, but that really just means you don't believe me.
Still giving the high pings today, btw, though it was fine at 5am.

I hope they are able to help me. My family crisis has been handled so tomorrow I will run the tests I need to.
The problem with intermittent problems is exactly that, hopefully it still shows in my tests tomorrow because I have provided plenty evidence here already regarding the poor speeds (hope it doesn't get ignored)
I wonder if there's a traffic classification going wrong here somewhere.
Would you be able to run an MTR to a game server? I'd like to see if there's any packet loss along the way here.

I have tried to transfer my existing line from Telkom to AH this morning, received an sms that I need to contact Telkom to request them to move my line to a Wholesale holding pool, and when I call I was told that there would be downtime of about two to three days. I went into clientzone and cancelled my request. I see now clientzone says that cancellation will be effective end of November. But this transfer has not even taken place. Can you ensure that there are no complications here..
