Oi! Wot happen in CPT??? Precisely at 24:00 (midnight) internet went down to slower than crawling speed. It's after 8 a.m. now and it hasn't fully recovered yet. Man o man, the last couple days we were almost back to former glory and I felt like AH finallly found the bug in their system but ... no, not really. They always find a way to draw their network back to the state of unusable. :sick:

I'm on the Googly DNSes, shall I switch to AH now? And what are they exactly?

There shouldn't be any problems in Cape Town right now. The reports/graphs look pretty normal at the moment.

Any tests that I can take a quick look at?

I definitely found the network to be pretty good last night on my side. Download speeds were good and no complaints from the wife and daughter on YouTube.

Certainly not in KZN. 10meg line & i cant stream on anything but low quality, online games 400+ms ping, constant dc's & packet losses, torrenting at 15kbps, netflix not working great either. but it works perfectly on my voxx trial account.

We'll definitely need to take a look at some tests to determine where the issues are coming in.
Maybe follow something like this, it helps me nail down issues:

Local speedtest
International speedtest
Local traceroute
International traceroute
MTR
Check DNS
List of games affected

Definitely not seeing reported issues on our IPC, throughput levels are normal.
What are the first 6 digits of your DSL numbers?

Telkom report the following downed areas:

032-947
039-312
039-317

That's pretty strange. What DNS servers are you using?
Also, does the 3rd hop ever show an IP/ host?
