how would i do that? right now my pc has gone bust. can i check for these tests via the router? Im trying to eliminate possible causes, but 1st was to think that my media player Ram was running low.

A ping or traceroute should show up where the latency is coming in.

Yeah it's really convenient.
Rather have my spare phone running overtime than my laptop.
And it works really well too.
Quite happy.
I'd definitely try testing a desktop app, purely for testing purposes

Now that my exchange is fixed I must say I am really getting that "Pure Internet Joy".

And the rest of us still sit and wait patiently while AH yet again, ignores their Premium Uncapped users completely.
I think I touched on this earlier in the thread.
I'm sure our team have something in the pipeline for everyone, no one will be left out.and yet again nothing for uncapped users

What are we as "clients" of Telkom by association able to do about the poor quality of our exchanges?
The best way is to have a fault logged, and have all your neighbours log faults too.
Just torrent downloading. Was running fine earlier then just dropped.
Stopped the download for a little while. Got it running again now and speeds look back to normal. For now anyway.
