There is definitely a problem somewhere. Something changed overnight, because Dota2 has now become unusable.

Hi Afriguy,

I have changed the DNS to the above. If anything the experience is the worst I've seen all year. Please take my word, it is not my exchange, everything worked perfectly yesterday and worked lovely throughout most of the year.

Weird. Shouldn't be timing out.
What's the experience like on another ISP?

Welp looks like I'm boned yet again, first my 10Mbps sync speed is only stable at 8Mbps, now my "line seems to be faulty" and will probably have to contact Telkom and deal with there ****. Unable to stream on Twitch at all.

Afrihost any help at all???

YouTube looks decent though, which is confusing.
With those stats though, maybe it would be a good idea to downgrade your profile just to see if that helps?

Starting to sound like a line fault here :(

Maybe. Do not know how these things work. I can say this, line is improving marginally. Previously you said it could be exchange related.
Sadly, I think its time to move to Telkom LTE (If I can even get it, god knows with telkom), its cheaper and should be more reliable. I'll order it tomorrow.

Latency is still way to high at the exchange here - it'll affect the entire experience here :(

When you say "Downgrade my profile" what are you purposing?

I have just upped my sync speed not 3 days ago...

Change to a 6Mbps, or 4Mbps sync profile - could help stability and throughput.
Was the line OK before the line upgrade?

I feel like I'm getting pranked tbh, I'm sat here head in hands asking myself why do I go through this pain of staying with you guys every month.

I've upgraded my sync speed from 4Mbps to 10Mbps not 3 days ago "paying for it in full of course" now you want me to cut my sync speed to less than half than what I'm currently synced at (8Mbps)?
I guess I'll be charged for this as well?

On Youtube when watching a vid or listening to a song it will clip out even though the stats look "decent".

I'm not trying to put you on blast I just want what I'm paying for.

Those stats are just stable, and it can affect your experience if it's borderline.
