It happens when running "apt-get upgrade" from a terminal. No link to share. It is similar to windows updates.

And here we go again I'm going to get Telkom to do a port reset and see.

Not looking too great there.

We'll see if we can test that from our side as well, but generally speaking not aware of any issues with Linux. Might depend on which server/repository you're pulling that content from.

The ones we've tested all seem OK. The are so many repo's out there, really hard to test them all. From the network side. We're not doing anything to Linux update traffic.

Afriman, I updated my package from the 20 to 50GB one today. I received my pro rata which was like 5GB which is fine, but I'm still being invoices for the 20GB package

It will take a few hours for the new invoices to be generated, you should receive the new invoice before the 1st of December. We will only bill you for the current package that you are on.
