No problem, I'll give it a try. Should I use the test account if I'm getting poor throughput as well?

Seems to be the only site affected.
 
I have a ping of 346ms and a download of 1.05mbps with an upload of 0.67mbps on a 4mbps line :(

What DNS servers are you using?

That's the thing, I don't have a pc right now(burnt out) and the trace route via the diagnostics of the Huawei router doesn't give the same when you run a ping or trace route as what the others post via a pc.
