Hi Afriguy,

I upgraded my capped package from 18gb to 50gb last month and observe that double data is "gone"
Client zone reflects the 50gb, mystery data bonus and midnight to 6pm.
Others with similar issues appear to be resolved - is the fix in progress or did I perhaps miss fine print somewhere?

Hhmm, should have been fixed up earlier this morning. Sorry that that dude :(

Afrihost is pulling out all the stops as new features are added.

And with rock solid performance too. :)

Looks awesome! Seen really positive results across the board from our new network :D
It is to be expected. There are almost nobody posting any connectivity issues anymore. :)
 
I've recently added a bunch of hosting packages onto my Afrihost account, and had some issues getting a particular domain to transfer. Just want to say that the Afrihost live chat and telephonic support has been outstanding. You guys have really jacked up your customer service.

Really glad to hear our team of rock stars has been able to assist, domain transfers can suck sometimes :(
