Didn't really look like there were too many.

Are you still seeing that latency on your second hop of your traceroutes?

Yeah unfortunately. Definitely all point to exchange issue/congestion as before.
But this time the latency is sky high without the speed being affected (so far). My brain hurts from all the issues my line has had over the last 12 months. Hopefully Telkom can sort it out sooner rather than later.

Wish I had the pony's line..... lol.

Could you post your line stats as you should have 512Kbps upload on 4Mbps, you need 1Mbps upload for that speedtest.

Could be a line fault that is causing the high pings and not the exchange.
