I have contacted Afrihost support and after a 40 minute wait and spoke to Vaughn and he used Elsinore.ScreenConnect.Client and played with settings but was unable to fix the problem.
I know it is not my PC as I do a speed test on my phone connected to the WiFi and the connection is still extremely slow.
I have factory reset my router and reentered the password etc.
The speed can pickup for a minute but then goes slow again.
I am lost as what to do next?
