I think AfriGenie is after the router stats showing sync rate, attenuation, SNR, etc.

We believe it may not go through IPC, becuase we often see area where the BRAS is down completely but Guest accounts can authenticate. It's better to compare with a full ISP account (you can get a lot of free accounts these days).

Seems OK-ish now, but we should really do this when you have that slow down in the evening.

Ah ok. Will try and get it when I get home this afternoon. When I did check it last night all seemed to be within thresholds.

Is there perhaps a number I can dial to get hold of Genie? Sometimes the delay between posting here and getting a response takes a while, then I get frustrated and just switch everything off... :(

Unfortunately not, but he is on night shift this week, so he should be on PM and on this thread until 8pm tonight.
