Just to keep everyone up to date, we're still waiting for final confirmation on both WACS and SEACOM for causes on the outage - we're currently re-routing DSL traffic via fail-over links and monitoring throughput closely.

You wouldn't be able to tell us what failover cables you use would you? Interested to know. EASSy? ACE?
I'll ask our network guys, can't promise an answer tonight though
I'd assume anything other than SEACOM and WACS though, I'd hazard a guess at SAT3.

Seems like a lot of CDN stuff is coming back - trying to see if this is a CF re-route or one, or both, cables are back online.

Just confirming quickly that SEACOM should be restored, still waiting for some news from WACS.
